All activity and trade audit results are archived and easily accessible for reference and reporting.
Hours of Operation
The Knight BondPoint platform is available 24 hours a day. Clients may place orders to buy or sell at any time; however, transactions are crossed between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Orders entered after 5:00 p.m. ET, will be queued for the next trading session. Our customer care center is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, at 877.423.7839.
