Knight Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE Euronext: KCG) a leading liquidity provider in global markets specializing in high frequency trading, seeks exceptional quantitative analyst interns and software development interns to join our Electronic Trading Group to expand our successful, fully automated computerized trading franchise. We are looking for intelligence, enthusiasm, versatility and most importantly passion for quantitative strategies and interest in high frequency trading.
The Summer Internship Program lasts approximately 10 weeks and is targeted to students who are graduating by the end of 2012. There are a number of projects for summer interns to work in programming, quantitative analysis and trading. Each intern will be working closely with Quantitative Strategists and Quantitative Developers on real world problems, which will ultimately contribute to the team's trading system. The Summer Internship Program in the Electronic Trading Group offers unique opportunity for its participants to receive training, obtain industry experience, and take the first steps toward building a dynamic career at Knight.

Qualifications - Quantitative Analyst Intern:
| • | Progress towards Ph.D./MS/BS degree in Math, Statistics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Math Finance or similar field with high GPA |
| • | Experience/knowledge in financial services and/or statistical arbitrage is a plus but not required |
| • | Motivation and interest to apply mathematical and scientific techniques to the trading and investment process |
| • | Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and work well in a team environment |
Qualifications - Software Development Intern:
| • | Progress towards Ph.D./MS/BS degree in Computer Science or closely related field with high GPA |
| • | High level of expertise in C++ |
| • | Knowledge of Java and familiarity with scripting languages highly desirable |
| • | Familiarity with Linux based operating systems |
